STEP 1
The Evaluation
Getting started begins with a comprehensive evaluation. This 60-minute session is designed to identify limiting areas of performance, including:
- Posture
- Active Ranges
- Passive Ranges
- Structural Bias
Leave with a clear understanding of how organize movement, where limitations exist, and how they will be addressed moving forward. The session concludes with a discussion around training expectations and goals on both sides, establishing clarity, alignment, and trust from the start.

Track Your Evolution
Performance Assessment & Progress Tracking (Athletes)
For athletes, once foundational movement quality is established, sport-specific performance is assessed using proprietary testing protocols relative to age class. These assessments evaluate speed, agility, power, strength, and work capacity to identify limiting sport performance factors.
This ensures training is guided by objective data, professional judgment, and clear intent—allowing each athlete to realize their next evolution with confidence.
Your First Training Session
The first session focuses on confirming that warm-up and movement preparation strategies are creating meaningful changes. Exercises are often paired with re-testing specific to verify their effectiveness. Training progresses forward based on learning curve, comfort level, and capacity. The goal is purposeful progress—not rushing the process.
Training Environment
Training takes place in a semi-private setting. During coaching hours, members are free to train at times that work best for their schedule while still receiving professional supervision and individualized coaching.
Training Frequency
Training frequency is flexible and based on individual goals, recovery, and schedule. Most individuals see consistent progress training two to three days per week, though this can be adjusted as needed.
