Top o’ the morning! Kick off St. Patrick’s Day with this green-as-a-shamrock smoothie, or use it to recover Sunday morning if you do a little too much celebrating ;).
Recipe:
Spinach-Avocado Smoothie
1 cup unsweetened almond milk or flax milk
2 cups baby spinach
1 banana, sliced
½ avocado
Water (as needed to get the right thickness)
Optional: 1-2 tsp maple syrup
Blend it all up, adding water if it is too thick. Enjoy the whole batch or share with a friend!
