Brazilian Jiu Jitsu— BJJ, offers a grappling style of self-defense. On the feet BJJ is similar to Judo and Wrestling, but on the ground is where it shines. Developed and designed for a smaller less athletic person to defend themselves. BJJ uses leverages to gain advantages over stronger opponents, sweeping them to their backs, controlling, and submitting.

An Upbeat Experience

Our classes begin with warm ups followed by basic techniques, situational sparring, pad work, and more.
Each class blends a variety of styles including:

  • Dutch Kick Boxing
  • Karate
  • Boxing
  • Kick Boxing
