Strength, Speed, and Arm Care
for Baseball Players.
Built by a coach with 8 seasons on a college baseball roster and a Champion Performance Specialist certification rooted in the system that kept Red Sox pitchers on the mound.
Preparation for the Demands Ahead.
High school and college baseball programs require structured strength training as a standard part of athletic development. The movement patterns, work capacity, and durability those programs expect aren’t built overnight — they’re developed over years of correct, progressive training. This is the period to build that foundation properly, under qualified coaching.
Technically Sound Coaching
Movement and training technique are taught correctly from the start, establishing patterns that hold up as training volume and intensity increase at higher levels of competition.
Deliberate Athletic Development
Speed, rotational power, and durability are trained with the same structure and progression applied to hitting and fielding — not left to develop incidentally through games and practice alone.
A Long-Term Trajectory
Athletes who train correctly at a young age carry that capacity forward. Sound preparation now is a direct input into performance and durability at 16, 18, and beyond.
Built Around the Demands of the Sport
This program isn’t general strength and conditioning with a baseball label on it. It’s built from time actually spent in the baseball world — on the field, in the gym, and in the system that defines how the position is trained at the highest level.
8+ Seasons with the Nashua Silver Knights
Kyle has spent over eight seasons working around the Nashua Silver Knights, a collegiate summer baseball team where the roster is built from Division I, II, and III college athletes from across the country — eight summers of direct exposure to what college-level baseball strength, conditioning, and preparation actually looks like. He’s also trained athletes at the professional level, including basketball and hockey, and has seen firsthand what the physical demands of competing at the college and professional level actually require — details available on request.
108 Performance · Bridge The Gap Baseball Summit
Kyle trained at the Bridge The Gap Baseball Summit, hosted by 108 Performance — a baseball and softball performance facility built around force plate technology, biomechanics analysis, and ball-tracking data to study rotational power in hitting and pitching. That training informs how the strength program is built to support the swing and the delivery mechanically, rather than working against them.
Champion Performance Specialist (C-PS)
Kyle holds the Champion Performance Specialist certification, a movement assessment and program design system built by Champion PT and Performance — the practice founded by Mike Reinold, former Head Athletic Trainer and Physical Therapist for the Boston Red Sox. The system covers movement assessment, mobility, and strength and conditioning programming for athletes from youth through professional level. It’s the framework behind how this program approaches throwing volume, arm care, and long-term durability for pitchers and position players alike.

One Evaluation Per Player. One Program for the Team.
Every athlete is assessed individually. That evaluation data informs a single, baseball-specific program that the full roster trains from — the structure that makes team pricing possible without compromising program quality.
Individual Movement Evaluation
Every athlete on the roster goes through a movement and performance assessment — mobility, strength, speed baselines, and any flags worth watching, especially in the throwing shoulder and elbow.
Base Program Design
Evaluation data informs one baseball-specific program built for youth baseball players — strength, speed, rotational power, and arm care — designed to scale across the whole roster without diluting the work.
Coach-Supervised Sessions
Kyle coaches every session directly — correcting form, adjusting load, and teaching the standards of structured training. Sessions are coached, not merely supervised.
Progress Tracking by Age Class
Speed, power, and strength are measured against age-appropriate benchmarks, giving players and parents objective evidence of progress.
Individualized Upgrade Path
Any athlete who wants to go further — more frequency, fully personalized programming — can step into VPT’s standard individualized training at any point.
What the Program Delivers
Strength and speed are the measurable results. Equally important is what the program builds in the process — the foundation for long-term athletic performance.
Improved Athleticism
Measurable gains in the physical qualities that show up on the field — rotational power, sprint speed, and durability through a full season.
Structured Arm Care
A program built specifically to protect the throwing arm and develop long-term durability — principles that carry forward into high school and college baseball.
Direct, High-Level Coaching
Every session is coached, not observed from a distance. Players receive direct correction on technique and effort from the first session.
An Understanding of Long-Term Development
Players develop a clear understanding of what consistent, structured training builds toward, and what is required to continue competing as the level of competition rises.
