Kyle starts with a comprehensive 60-minute assessment of how you move, where your strengths are, and exactly what’s holding your performance back. You leave with answers, not guesses.

Custom Program Design
Every program is built specifically for you — your sport, your position, your schedule, your season. No templates. No cookie-cutter plans. Just a program that fits your life and goals.

Supervised Training
Every session at VPT is coach-supervised. Kyle is on the floor with you, every time — correcting form, adjusting load, and making sure every rep has a purpose.

Performance Tracking
Progress is measured with proprietary protocols benchmarked to your age class. Speed, power, agility, strength, work capacity — objectively tracked so you always know where you stand.
