Kyle, the founder of Veritas Performance Training, is a distinguished strength and conditioning coach. He holds a Master of Science in Exercise Science, specializing in Rehabilitative Sciences. Kyle is certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) since 2010, a Corrective Exercise Specialist since 2012, a Champions Performance Specialist since 2023, a Titleist Performance Institute L1 Instructor, and a Precision Nutrition Coach.

As an athlete, Kyle attained world rankings as a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt. He trained alongside world champion-level teammates, professional MMA fighters, and other elite competitors. This experience honed his skills and provided invaluable insights into the mindset, discipline, and dedication required to excel at the highest levels of performance.

Kyle’s coaching philosophy is built on his extensive background in athletics and education. His deep understanding of the human body and its complexities enables him to apply rigorous training and strategic preparation to help others achieve their fitness and performance goals.

Kyle has extensive experience training athletes at all levels, from professionals to youth. He customizes his approach to meet the specific needs of each group. For professional athletes, he focuses on restoring the body and fine-tuning performance to ensure readiness to compete. At the college level, his training maximizes the competitive edge and drives athletes to reach new heights. High school athletes benefit from his emphasis on developing sport-specific skills, work ethic, and overall athleticism. For youth athletes, Kyle prioritizes foundational skills, coordination, proper technique, and fostering a love for the sport, setting them on a path to long-term success and healthy athletic development.
