Veritas Performance Training
Veritas Performance Training (VPT) strives to be Southern New Hampshire’s leading training facility, for sports, injury management, and all fitness levels. Headed up by Kyle Briere, VPT’s coaching staff is highly skilled and uniquely qualified to improve, refine, and build a healthier you.
Motivated to create his own approach to performance training, Kyle signed his first lease and began building the original gym while on a winter break from his graduate studies. Working full time towards his Masters in Exercise Science, Kyle found a way to balance family, school, business, and his athletics. “The experience of starting a business while in school taught me a lot; mainly about the right mindset, belief, and the necessity of time management.”
With the help of friends and family the walls were painted, platforms built, equipment assembled, and flooring installed. Since first opening its doors, the business has evolved with a new name, grown in size, and become an established and well-respected training facility.
VeritasPT delivers individually focused training experiences in a group setting. Incorporating in-depth health and exercise evaluations, functional training, strength training, nutrition coaching, injury rehabilitation and more, VPT produces dramatic results for each individual client.

VeritasPT’s science-based training methods focus on building efficient stability and mobility patterns first, before strength training. This methodology reduces the likelihood of injuries from inefficient movement patterns and drives clients to focus on proper form first.
Under Kyle’s guidance, VPT’s goal is simple: create a training process and atmosphere that achieves results, supports growth, and encourages everyone. Kyle and his staff will help chase down your dream goals and motivate you on your quest for a healthier lifestyle.

Veritas Performance Training is proud to partner with Manchester Community College and Lasell College to accept internships. Kyle also teaches Sports Performance at Manchester Community College.

MS, CSCS, CES
Founder and Head Coach of Veritas Performance Training LLC, Kyle received his Masters in Exercise Science with a focus in rehabilitative science through CALU. He is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the National Strength and Conditioning Association, one as a corrective exercise specialist and the other as a strength and conditioning specialist.
With over ten years of coaching experience, Kyle understands how your body develops and learns new movement patterns. This allows him to create specific drills for each individual’s learning requirements. He volunteers his time to work with Tyngsboro, Nashua South, and Merrimack Football, getting local athletes ready for their upcoming seasons. This summer he spent three to four days a week working with Nashua South’s Varsity Football team in the weight room and on the practice field.

As a world ranked Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu competitor (top 100), Kyle enjoys spending his time researching, golfing, training, and learning. He loves working with a variety of fitness levels, leading local colleges like Manchester Community and Lasell Colleges that seek his expertise. He also teaches Exercise Science at Manchester Community College.
Josh is a certified personal trainer (CPT) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He spends most of his days at the gym working with a variety of individuals from youth athletes to aging populations and everyone in between. His goal is to provide the best training experience for each individual he has the opportunity to work with through setting realistic and attainable goals as well as providing specific motivation to suit each persons needs. With nearly 4 years professional experience, starting at VPT in early 2014 to assist coach Kyle in creating our first youth football program Josh immediately felt at home in the coaching system. continuing to work with and grow not only the football program but the whole VPT family.
CSCS, CKT, LMT
Michele is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA and a Certified Kettlebell Trainer (CKT) through the International Kettlebell and Fitness Federation. She is certified to provide the Functional Movement Systems movement screen. Michele is also a NH and MA Licensed Massage Therapist. Michele holds two Bachelor of Science degrees from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
Michele spent over 20 years as an elite level endurance athlete. She has been a fitness instructor since 1984. Michele has taken numerous continuing education classes in functional fitness, lifestyle education, stress management, body composition, and nutrition. Michele has a special interest in healthy aging and hopes to share her passion for fitness and wellness with all of her clients. In her spare time, Michele is active with hiking, cycling, mountain biking, yoga, and nordic skiing.
