We build our athlete programs around your specific needs, beginning with a series of evaluations that grade your functional movement capabilities, joint mobility, core stability, and baseline performance capacities. This allows us to identify your biggest gaps and develop a plan for enhanced sport performance.
Athlete sessions range from 60-90 minutes for off season training and will be shorter for in season athletes. These sessions can range in focus from strength, agility, speed, sprint technique development, mixed, and more.
Our training programs are cloud based and all your data is entered on our training app, allowing us to monitor your progress over time. We encourage our athletes to maintain a growth mindset as they challenge themselves and heighten their skills.
