Together, we define your goals and evaluate your current levels of movement, ranges of motion, stability, and endurance to design your custom program. The resulting training sessions are designed using a mobile based training platform that allows you to store your training data for review. Programming cycles will depend on your preference of change, progress, and coach’s intuition.

Group Fitness Programming

The group training cycle varies from 2-6 weeks in duration with concentrated areas of focus: mobility, strength, stability, and endurance. There is always a coach to instruct, correct, and converse with during your group to semi-private training session. These sessions are available to members at any time during our normal hours of operations, allowing for maximal scheduling flexibility.
