What it’s like to get started at Veritas Performance
Starting the training process is pretty simple and begins with a brief consult. This can be over the phone or in person and takes about 10-15 minutes. During this time, we review our pricing options as well as any other questions you may have. There are absolutely no pushy sales tactics here. Our biggest goal is to clearly define your wants so we can best recommend which of our services is right for you.
How do your memberships work?
Our membership options are based on two main categories:
- Coaching needs – Private vs. Semi-private
- Programming – Custom vs. Semi-custom
Ideally, we begin the first session with a 60-minute private. It’s important for us to give you 100% of our attention to better define your movement abilities, posture, balance, coordination, and overall joint mobility.
The remaining time is spent learning the beginning steps of your program and may include tissue work, mobility drills, and strength exercises. At the end of this session, we will recommend how we would like to progress you.
Most of our clients do a few private sessions until they feel comfortable moving to semi-private atmosphere. A semi-private coaching atmosphere provides more scheduling flexibility as well as a lower cost.
Moving to a semi-custom program, allows us to reduce the costs of a custom program while grouping similar needs into one program. For example, a majority of our adults do our strength and conditioning program that focuses on developing a strong and functional physique.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No, we believe in our service and the quality we deliver. If you’re happy, then we are too. Some of our clients have been contract free for almost 10 years. However, in the beginning we do ask that you allow us 12 weeks to get you established.
How do I cancel?
Our billing system is automated and notifies you before any charges are made to your account, we just ask for a 30-day notice (preferably email) to stop your billing.
We take a semi-private coaching approach towards individualized training.
